Join us every Saturday at 9AM for our weekly yoga class with our in-house yoga instructor, Sharon!

Sharon has been studying and practicing yoga and the healing arts since 1999, training extensively under local and international masters in their respective fields. Sharon is a RYT 500-hour yoga teacher certified in several yoga disciplines, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga.
