Sharon has been studying and practicing yoga and the healing arts since 1999, training extensively under local and international masters in their respective fields. Sharon is an RYT 500 hour yoga teacher certified in several yoga disciplines, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga.
