The Skoal Room is Hotel Viking’s classic cocktail bar, a room shaped by history and built for the pleasure of a well made drink. Warm light, polished wood, and a steady hand behind the bar set the tone. Cocktails lean timeless, martinis properly cold, old fashioneds stirred with intention, spirits poured without flourish but with care. It is a place to begin the evening, to end it, or to quietly lose track of time between the two. Conversation carries. The atmosphere does the rest.

Cap Club is a rooftop cocktail bar blending Newport sailing culture, tropical rum bar energy, and panoramic sunset views.

Inspired by the classic British and New England boarding school “tuck shops,” where students gathered for sweets, small comforts, and a moment of pause between studies, we introduce the hotel’s coffee shop and market: Tuck Shop.
