mascarpone and organic strawberry stuffed french toast with citrus zest
brioche bread pudding with blueberry compote

OMELET STATION

omelets and eggs prepared to order by our talented chefs with a selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats

VIKING RAW BAR

poached shrimp and tabasco shooters

marinated mussels salad on spoons cocktail sauce, horseradish, fresh lemon and tabasco
