all-organic ‘Wine Down Thursday’ held in the Garden Room of the Hotel Viking.
Sipping Distinctive Wines and Enjoying Small Bites in the Garden Room
NEWPORT, RI (October 28, 2008) One Bellevue at Hotel Viking again invites wine lovers to enjoy some delicious organic wines with passed small bites on Thursday evening, January 15. It’s a chance to be with friends, meet new folks, sip and learn about yummy wines – an early start to a fun-filled autumn weekend.
WHAT: “Wine Down Thursdays” will be held in the Garden Room of Hotel Viking’s One Bellevue restaurant where guests will sample wines from Bonterra Vineyards. Tom Rocco, a wine expert passionately familiar with the featured wines will be on-hand to spread the word about the unique nuances of each tasting selection. Organic small bites prepared by our own 2007 Rhode Island Chef of the Year, Executive Chef Kevin Thiele will be passed to complement each wine.
