The Hotel Viking has selected Swank Audio Visuals, Inc. as its official source of audio visual equipment rental and professional technical services for guests and groups using our Newport hotel meeting facilities. As the preferred audio visual company of the Hotel Viking, Swank Audio Visuals is capable of handling small scale meetings to large theatrical productions.
Swank Audio Visuals maintains an office and facility in the hotel, equipment and staff, should you need assistance. Because Swank Audio Visuals’ on-site staff functions as a department of the Hotel Viking, they are very familiar with the unique aspects of the meeting facilities in Newport, Rhode Island and especially the Hotel Viking.
